Helton Tire & Off Road Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • All special orders are final. If returnable, all orders will incur a 25% restocking fee (no exceptions; please do not ask).
  • All parts purchased and installed by Helton Tire & Off Road come with a 2-year/24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, starting from the date of installation. The warranty does not restart after the original install date.
  • If you are reasonably able, please return to the original service center for any service. If you cannot return, contact the National Warranty Administrator at toll-free (866) 588-0728 for assistance in finding the nearest TechNet shop to handle the repair.
  • Helton Tire & Off Road will not be responsible for any custom wheels/tires or wheels/tires not purchased from Helton Tire & Off Road. The customer assumes all liability.
  • If Helton Tire & Off Road installs customer-supplied parts, those parts will not carry any labor or parts warranty, and Helton Tire & Off Road will not be responsible for any issues.
  • All estimates are subject to change and are not final.
  • Helton Tire & Off Road is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles left overnight.
  • All lift/level kits must have a torque check at 500 miles. If not done at Helton Tire & Off Road, the company is not responsible for any damage that may occur.

For All Tint Darker Than 35%:

  • The customer assumes all responsibility. Helton Tire & Off Road will not be held responsible for any tickets or moving violations.
